WEST, BY GODDESS, TEXAS NEWS.

 If you look close to can see me serving cake balls a little to the right facing the camera.

St. Martin's Church in Tours will have it's annual parish picnic on Sunday. Fried chicken, country sausage, home-made cornbread dressing meal will be served with all the trimmings beginning at 11a.m.
Gholson VFD fundraiser is scheduled on Saturday with a fish fry and auction in the new Gholson Fire Station.
WHS band students are raising funds for their Chicago trip. The band students will  be hired for any type of odd job such as lawn work, babysitting, videotaping special events, house cleaning and even running errands for the elderly.
The Tax-Assessor A.F. Buddy Skeen pleaded guilty and resigned. He pled guilty to misapplication of fiduciary property ..cracks me up..sorry.
We had our WHS Homecoming along with bonfire and the crowing on High School Homecoming Queen and King. Jeanne's(owner of pizza house and bakery) son was the Homecoming king..I'm sure she and Brian are very proud.
Kalyn Rae Pavlas, is engaged to Francis John Caldara. They will be married at the First United Methodist Church in West.
Zach and Amber Brown are the proud parents of a baby girl, Kadence Michelle Brown, weighing in at 8 pounds, 14 oz and was 20.67 inches long.
And of course we lost the lovely Eleanor Mynarcik. I wish I could tell you that her husband Louis is doing fine, but he's not doing well. But we are all giving him all the comfort we can.
Oh, almost forgot, The Trojans lost their homecoming 32-9 to Groesbeck.. Dang it.
The Lady Trojans split pair in non-district action in volleyball. 
West Food Mart has pork butt roast for sale at $1.47 a pound and California peaches for 99cents a pound..I like Texas peaches better..they are bigger and sweeter.

well, looks like that is all the news..I made a pecan pie for a fundraiser for a small kid with Cancer. they are really going all out for him. Then tomorrow I'll take the pie to them, take Marissa my Spanish dictionaries, go to the library and then go to Jamie's so I can help her get the bedroom ready for Abby's arrival. The Dr.is going to induce labor Monday so I'll be welcoming little Miss Abigale to our family...life is good.

Love the photo of the two Goddesses -- the Maiden and the Crone. And the third Goddess, the Mother, is about to give birth to another little baby for you to love!

basically Jan, ole Buddy was taking money that was given to him for tags for cars in Texas to buy him new cars, etc..
and yes, Debra the Goddess is strong in West,Texas..
