WTF is Chelsea Handler talking about? Every Canadian gets healthcare as a right regardless of how much money they do or do not make. We don't pay for health insurance for that. Some of us without employment or social welfare benefits may pay for private prescription, dental, vision and physio etc. care but that's it. Those items are not covered under our universal health care system.
